Can I keep my Trakt history?

Both apps list Trakt sync. Check that Hobi has sent your local records to Trakt before connecting Moviebase.

Are release alerts the same as streaming alerts?

An air date or premiere reminder does not guarantee a title is available on your streaming service in your region.
